Current Project

I am current developing a genetic algorithm to produce high resolution models of the possible slip during paleo-earthquakes along the Sunda Megathrust.

Research Interests

  • Slip deficits and stress evolution of megathrust faults
  • Coral micoatoll geodesy and paleo-earthquakes
  • Genetic Algorithms and Monte Carlo Techniques
  • Fuzzy logic and uncertainty modelling

Qualifications

  • 2006-2010 BSc (Hon) Environmental Science, University of Ulster
  • 2010 Diploma in Industrial Studies (with commendation)

Work Experience

  • 2010-2011 Student Tutor (BSc Environmental Science)
  • 2008-2009 Assistant Scientific Officer, Northern Ireland Environment Agency
